Branding
Under Branding you set the global appearance for all your events — portal, PDF documents, and email sender. Individual events can override these settings (see Inheritance below).
Logo and colors are part of the Free plan. Font, button style, portal background image, all texts, and the PDF layout are Pro features — see Plan & Billing.
The page is split into three tabs: Visual, Texts, and PDF Document.
"Visual" tab
Logo & colors (Free)
- Logo — PNG, JPEG, SVG, or WebP, max. 2 MB, appears in the kiosk portal and in the PDF header. Size can be adjusted with a slider from 24–120 px.
- Colors — five values control the appearance: primary color,
background color, text color, accent color, and heading color. Each color
can be set via the color picker or as a hex code (
#RRGGBB).
Font, style & background (Pro)
:::info Pro feature See Plan & Billing. :::
- Font — choose from pre-installed web fonts with a live preview
- Style — button style (
solid, outline, ghost) and corner radius (none,sm,md,lg,full) - Portal background — optional background image (PNG, JPEG, or WebP, max. 10 MB) with adjustable overlay opacity and gradient effect
On the right you'll see a live preview of the portal, plus a list of all events showing whether they inherit the global branding or use their own.
"Texts" tab (Pro)
:::info Pro feature See Plan & Billing. :::
Identity & contact
- Organization name — appears on the portal and PDF
- Sender address for emails (
email_sender) - Footer text (max. 500 characters)
Portal texts
- Welcome title (max. 200 characters) and welcome text (max. 1000 characters) — the first screen guests see in the kiosk portal
- Consent text (max. 5000 characters) — the legal text guests read before agreeing
- Refusal text (max. 5000 characters)
"PDF Document" tab (Pro)
:::info Pro feature See Plan & Billing. :::
Separate color settings for the header and footer of the generated PDF document (background and text color for each area), the maximum logo height in the PDF (24–72 px), and a toggle for whether the company name is shown in the PDF footer. A live preview of the PDF layout appears on the right.
Inheritance (Global → Event)
Branding works in three tiers:
- Global (this page) — applies to all events without their own settings
- Event level — on an event's detail page you can set different colors, texts, or a logo for a single event
- mediaConsent default — used only when nothing is set at either the global or event level
Both tabs show, per event, whether it inherits the global branding or uses its own values. "Reset" restores the global branding to the mediaConsent default at any time; an event's branding can be reset from that event's detail page.
:::info Pro feature Per-event branding overrides — regardless of which fields are involved — are entirely part of the Pro plan, see Plan & Billing. :::
