Managing Consents

In the admin area you'll find a list of all consents and objections recorded for each event. The detail view of a single consent shows the answers given, the signature, and the delivery status of the confirmation email.

Export​

For every event, you can export all consents:

  • CSV export — tabular overview of all consents/objections
  • ZIP export (Pro) — all PDF documents bundled as an archive, see Plan & Billing

Revocation by guests​

Every consent email contains a personal link that lets the guest revoke their consent on their own — no login needed. A revocation becomes visible in the overview immediately.

Automatic anonymization​

Expired consents are automatically anonymized, so you stay GDPR-compliant without manual cleanup. You can customize the retention period — see Privacy Settings.

With the Pro plan, you can share a link to a photo gallery with an event's guests, without requiring them to create an account.
