Getting Started

Create an account​

Sign up with your email address and a password. After registering, you'll receive a confirmation email — click the link in it to activate your account.

Sign in​

Sign in with your email and password. If two-factor authentication is enabled, you'll also be asked for a one-time code — see Profile & Security for setup details.

Forgot your password? You can reset it via the link on the login page.

Trial period​

During onboarding you can choose between two options: start a 7-day free trial of the Pro plan, or go straight to the Free plan. If you choose Free, you can start the trial later at any time under Settings → Plan — see Plan & Billing.

On first sign-in, a short dialog asks for the most important legal details about your organization (name, address, contact email) — they later appear in the legal notice of your consent forms. You can skip the dialog and add the details later under Privacy Settings. Without this info, you won't be able to create or activate an event, though.
