Kiosk Portal & Consent Flow

On every event's detail page you'll find a QR code and a direct link (.../portal/<event-id>). Both lead to the consent portal for that event — open the link on a tablet at the entrance, or let guests scan the QR code with their own phone.

Flow for guests

The portal guides guests through four steps:

  1. Decision — consent or objection (depending on the event's consent mode)
  2. Data — name and email address
  3. Details — the event's specific consent options (e.g. photo/video recordings, marketing use)
  4. Signature — digital signature on screen

After completion, the guest automatically receives a PDF copy of their consent or objection by email.

Tablet/kiosk mode

For continuous use at the entrance, you can open the portal in fullscreen on a tablet, so multiple guests can go through the flow one after another without staff having to navigate each time.

Revocation

Any consent can be revoked at any time via an individual link (included in the confirmation email) — no login required. See Managing Consents for details.
