Delete Account

Under Settings → Account you'll find two GDPR-related functions: data portability and account deletion.

Data portability​

For questions about the portability of your stored data (GDPR Art. 20), reach out to support. To export consent data for an individual event (CSV/ZIP), see Managing Consents.

Deleting your account​

The "Delete account" button in the danger zone starts the deletion process. A confirmation dialog explains the consequences and requires you to type a confirmation word before deletion is actually triggered.

What happens after confirming?​

Deletion is not executed immediately — it's scheduled for a later date (grace period). While deletion is only scheduled:

  • the page shows a red banner with the planned deletion date,
  • you can cancel the deletion at any time via "Cancel deletion".

Once the grace period ends, your account and all associated events, consents, branding, and settings data are permanently and irreversibly deleted.
